1. Introduction

Welcome to use the software and related services provided by Future Fun PTE, LTD. ("Future Fun" or "the Company").

These Terms of Use ("this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the Company’s software applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Before using the Services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, especially the clauses relating to limitation of liability, intellectual property, information use, applicable laws, and dispute resolution. If you are under the age of 18, you should read this Agreement together with your legal guardian and obtain their consent before using the Services.

2. Software and Services

2.1 You may obtain the application through official distribution channels or authorized third parties.

2.2 Different versions of the application may be developed for different devices. You are responsible for selecting and installing the appropriate version for your device.

2.3 You may update or uninstall the application at your discretion.

2.4 The Company may update or modify the Services from time to time. Updates may be delivered through in-app notifications, announcements, or other reasonable means. Certain features may be limited if you do not install updates.

2.5 Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Services.

2.6 You are responsible for preparing the necessary devices and network access required to use the Services and for any associated costs.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, doxxing or targeted harassment, invasion of privacy, intellectual property infringement, excessive commercial solicitation, or content harmful to minors.

The Company reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate Services at its discretion if violations are suspected.

6. Breach and Liability

If you violate this Agreement, the Company may take actions including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your access.

You are solely responsible for any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of this Agreement.

7. Modification and Termination of Services

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time due to operational, legal, or technical reasons. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services and related content belong to the Company or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for operating and improving the Services.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Minors

If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of your legal guardian.

11. Miscellaneous

The Company may revise this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be made available within the Services. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
